1. Who do I contact for a GIS data request?: Many of Ontario County’s GIS Data layers are now available for web "mashup" and/or download. Please visit the GIS Data Resource Center. For more information you can reach out to the GIS Coordinator at (585) 396-4482 and we will be happy to assist you.

3. Does the County's Information Technology department provide IT support to residents?: With the exception of questions related to the County website and OnCor, Information Technology support is not available to County residents. The IT department provides hardware and software support only to other County departments. The department is also available to provide guidance to local municipalities with their IT needs.

4. I'm having trouble with the online OnCor property mapping system. Who do I call?: Please call (585) 396-8856 for assistance with OnCor.

5. My GPS got a an address wrong. Is there somebody out there who can correct it?: You know the scenario... you browse an online map service for directions or follow your car’s GPS and notice an error or issue with a road segment.
