Notice of Public Hearing Ontario County
Ontario County will hold a public hearing on Oct. 28, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to be held at the Board of Supervisors meeting room, 74 Ontario St., Canandaigua, NY and online via Webex to discuss the implementation of the Pactiv LLC Project that received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the New York State Office of Community Renewal (Project No. 850ED939-19). The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen views regarding any aspect of the Project’s implementation including, but not limited to, any construction, financing, and employment opportunities resulting from the Project. The hearing is being conducted pursuant to Section 570.486, Sub-part I of the CFR and in compliance with the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The hearing facility is handicapped accessible.
