1. How do I submit a referral to the County Planning Board?

The Ontario County Planning Board meets every month of the year on the second Wednesday. Referrals are submitted by the referring agency which is the Town or City with Planning and Zoning Authority for your project. The municipality must submit a completed referral form and supporting materials on the Thursday 2 weeks prior to the meeting. Individual applications do not submit the referral directly to the County. For more infomation on the OCPB process contact the Planning Department at 585-396-4455.
