F.A.I.R. an acronym for Fundamentals of Alcohol Intoxication Recognition is a critically acclaimed program designed to teach persons who sell or serve alcoholic beverages how to recognize intoxicated persons. This public service presentation, delivered by members of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, is designed to teach those in the food and beverage industry how to recognize an intoxicated person, legal issues servers and bar owners may face if and when they serve an intoxicated person and how to identify and report fraudulent identification.
